Terms and Conditions for Online Courses
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Aradash Ltd (“Tutor” or “We”)
and the student (“Student” or “You”) regarding the provision of online English language lessons
(“Lessons”).
2. Lessons
2.1 Lessons will be conducted via Zoom or any other mutually agreed-upon online communication
method.
2.2 The schedule and duration of Lessons will be determined and agreed upon by both parties.
2.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. We will
make reasonable efforts to provide notice in advance.
3. Payment
3.1 Tuition fees, payment methods, and billing frequency will be outlined separately and agreed upon by
both parties.
3.2 Payment is due in advance of Lessons unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of Lessons.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellations or requests to reschedule Lessons must be made with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so
may result in a forfeit of the Lesson fee.
5. Conduct and Respect
5.1 The Tutor and Student agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times during
Lessons.
5.2 Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. Materials and Resources
6.1 The Tutor will provide relevant teaching materials and resources as necessary for the Lessons.
6.2 Any additional materials or textbooks required will be discussed and agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared
during Lessons.
7.2 Recordings of Lessons may be made for educational purposes and will be kept confidential.
8. Liability
8.1 The Tutor is not responsible for the student’s progress or performance on English language
assessments or exams.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Lessons.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate Lessons with written notice, subject to any agreed-upon cancellation
policies.
10. Amendments
10.1 These Terms may be amended with mutual agreement between the Tutor and the Student.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including
non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
