1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Aradash Ltd (“Tutor” or “We”)
and the student (“Student” or “You”) regarding the provision of online English language lessons
(“Lessons”).
2. Lessons
2.1 Lessons will be conducted via Zoom or any other mutually agreed-upon online communication
method.
2.2 The schedule and duration of Lessons will be determined and agreed upon by both parties.
2.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. We will
make reasonable efforts to provide notice in advance.
3. Payment
3.1 Tuition fees, payment methods, and billing frequency will be outlined separately and agreed upon by
both parties.
3.2 Payment is due in advance of Lessons unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of Lessons.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellations or requests to reschedule Lessons must be made with 24 hours notice. Failure to do so
may result in a forfeit of the Lesson fee.
5. Conduct and Respect
5.1 The Tutor and Student agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times during
Lessons.
5.2 Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. Materials and Resources
6.1 The Tutor will provide relevant teaching materials and resources as necessary for the Lessons.
6.2 Any additional materials or textbooks required will be discussed and agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared
during Lessons.
7.2 Recordings of Lessons may be made for educational purposes and will be kept confidential.
8. Liability
8.1 The Tutor is not responsible for the student’s progress or performance on English language
assessments or exams.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Lessons.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate Lessons with written notice, subject to any agreed-upon cancellation
policies.
10. Amendments
10.1 These Terms may be amended with mutual agreement between the Tutor and the Student.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including
non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

2.1 Original Artwork and Prints

  • We offer original paintings and prints of artwork reproduced on various media, including but not limited to canvas, paper, clothing, and objects.
  • All product descriptions (e.g., size, medium, materials) are provided to the best of our ability. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the artwork or manufacturing processes.
  • Colors may appear differently on screens than in person due to monitor settings.

2.2 Commissioned Artwork

  • Commissioned artwork is custom-made based on client specifications. To request a commission, please contact us at info@aradash.co.uk.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and approval of the final piece.
  • Clients will receive 1-2 digital previews during the process for feedback. Additional revisions beyond 2 may incur extra fees.
  • Completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to complexity, demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ownership of the artwork transfers to the client upon full payment, but Aradash Ltd retains copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Merchandise

  • Merchandise (e.g., clothing, objects) featuring our artwork is produced in collaboration with third-party manufacturers. Quality and shipping are subject to their policies, which we will communicate as needed.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in UK Pounds [£] and exclude taxes, shipping, or additional fees unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.
  • Full payment is required for non-commissioned items at the time of purchase. For commissions, see Section 2.2.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at purchase but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our possession. Tracking information will be provided where available.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Original Artwork and Prints

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items, excluding commissioned artwork.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

5.2 Commissioned Artwork

  • Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are not available once work has begun, except in cases of non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications.
  • If dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolutions.

5.3 Merchandise

  • Returns for merchandise follow the same policy as original artwork and prints, unless specified otherwise by the third-party manufacturer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content on the Site are owned by Aradash Ltd and protected by copyright law.
  • Purchasing an original piece or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing.
